My Approach: I mapped the expense journey, created personas and a service blueprint to reveal visibility gaps, and validated key flows through usability testing to make status updates and required actions clearer for both submitters and approvers.

Overview: BAPCO set out to simplify and align its KPI framework across all business units, using a top-down approach to ensure full alignment between executive strategy and operational performance.
My Approach: It began with understanding the business goals and workflows. I worked with stakeholders to define KPIs from scratch, mapped them across all levels, and then designed the information structure and dashboards. I validated everything through iterative feedback to ensure the framework aligned with strategy and was easy for teams to use.

Project: Unified Support Pricing
Overview: USP is Microsoft Dynamics CRM–based support platform designed to manage HR-related data and track productivity across working hours.
Note: I worked on this project for over 16 months, completing all major workflow designs. The project was later transitioned to another company due to organizational decisions.
My Approach: I reviewed secondary research and existing CRM workflows to understand HR data processes, identified key pain points, and redesigned major workflows for clarity and efficiency. Working within Microsoft Dynamics’ predefined UI framework, I delivered consistent, usable flows and components over 16 months before the project transitioned to another company.
Impact: Created a fully restructured workflow and component system that improved clarity, reduced process friction, and provided a ready-to-implement design foundation for development.

Using these insights, I created personas and journey maps to shape initial product direction and provide clarity for future conceptual and design phases.
